My transformation
Meet Caitlin
Hi! I’m Caitlin Rae. I’m a CPT and mom of 2 living in sunny Florida. I attended the University of South Florida and graduated with a bachelors degree in entrepreneurship. I was a CPT at LA fitness for 3 years, then had my first baby my last year of college, which was when I decided to train women online from my own home.
My wellness journey began with a deep love for real, wholesome food, daily movement and simple workouts at home in my bedroom. This passion led me to earn several certifications on health, fitness, and corrective exercise for the pregnant and postpartum body.
I have 2 kids, and with each pregnancy I gained a significant amount of weight, while exercising and walking throughout each pregnancy. I’ve lost a total of 135lbs with my pregnancies combined, and through that process I’ve learned that the postpartum weight loss journey is way more than losing fat. It’s about finding who you are again (because you change into a new person after each baby), reconnecting with your breath, rehabilitating your core and pelvic floor, and intentionally taking time for yourself while raising babies. Understanding the challenges of balancing life, health, family, and self-care, I founded Whole Body Healthy – a space dedicated to simplifying fitness and nutrition for busy women and moms to get them feeling amazing in their bodies. Here we focus on integrating effective and restorative workouts, mindful eating, and a supportive community to create lifelong health.
